Neither — we are your buying agent. We do not sell our own machines. We find reliable factories for you, inspect their work, and manage the purchase on your behalf.
How do I know the machine quality is real?
You watch it live or on video: our factory visits and 12-point inspection reports come with photo and video evidence for every check. You approve before you pay.
How do you get paid?
Service fees are per visit or report. For full sourcing, we charge a transparent commission of 2–5% — written into the contract before we start. No hidden markups.
Can you help with shipping and export documents?
Yes. We handle container loading, export documents and shipping coordination to your port, and we stay with you until the machine arrives.
